Why This Newsletter?
This newsletter is a medium to share my mental models learnt from personal experience and engaging with investors. These posts are derived from hard-won lessons from my mistakes, insights from books that shaped my opinions and wisdom from mentors who challenge my biases.
Each article is an attempt to build financial agency — the ability to make informed choices, grow your wealth intentionally, and feel secure doing it.
A Bit About Me
At home, I’m the mother of a feisty 3-year-old daughter and wife to a super smart (and extremely patient) husband who’s basically my second brain.
At work, I design and balance portfolios and help individuals understand what truly matters when it comes to building lasting wealth. I especially enjoy working with people who are curious and unafraid to ask questions. I also spend a fair bit of time reading about the markets, digging into data, following company stories, and tracking macroeconomic shifts.
Outside of work, I read widely and regularly. My interests span from economics and stock analysis to health, psychology, and sci-fi. Some of the recent favorites are Naked Economics, Dungeon Crawler Carl, Unconditional Parenting and Atlas of the Heart. I also make time for regular exercise and the occasional run — it helps me think better, feel better, and keep up with my toddler.
Email is the best way to reach me. I typically respond within 3 days (unless I’m stranded on an island with no internet... which has happened once, voluntarily, on Krakatoa).
